pool timer trippers not working

Did somthing else maybe burnt out or what is a good troubleshooting I can do before I call an electrician. The timer seems to get stuck prior to reaching the on trippers therfore the pump cant turn on. Not two OFF trippers? My intermatic pool timer will not automatically turn on.
